Here is some infos I get from the author of this unit :
- You can still buy a TBS303, but it is build on request. - Internally the analog circuits are identical to Rolands original design (same component types, topology, 18dB/oct resonance filter etc.) There are no IC's used to simplify the design! - The Mark II version has a revised MIDI interface for better control and for example user selectable MIDI channel. - The TBS303 is on purpose build in a desktop type housing to make real time control by hand, better (just like the original!) - The TBS303 is not equipped with : CV-gate and/or SYNC24 outputs (but we can deliver these converters), MIDI controlled filters (don't mess up the original Roland topology), Save-memory etc. - Instead, we just deliver the nearest possible TB303 sound for an acceptable price. Converted into pounds, the TBS303 costs about £240. (in Dutch gulden fl.650,-)

Well, you can also get more info on their website at : http://www.xs4all.nl/~daniels/index.html, or you can contact by e-mail the supplier of this unit.
Here you can also download a few REALAUDIO files to check it's sound :
You are now able to listen to the sound and hear by yourself that the result is really close to the original 303 !!
